Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on various construction projects. This role involves hands-on work in the field, contributing to the successful completion of concrete installations and repairs while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow schematics and project plans to ensure accurate execution of concrete work.
• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, trowels, and other hand tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Participate in project scheduling and contribute to construction estimating processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete labor or related construction fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction site operations, including safety regulations and best practices.
• Knowledge of construction estimating techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding contract documents.
• Experience with project scheduling tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Must be physically fit, capable of lifting heavy materials, and standing for extended periods.
